Shipping and Warranty-Return Policy

SHIPPING: 

    Because most of our products are shipped from overseas, please expect a normal shipping time of from 2 to 5 weeks.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS:

    At COOLTEKZ our aim is to have a pleasant transaction where COOLTEKZ can ad its valueadded services and YOU as our client will benefit from our hard-won knowledge.  If you are not happy with your product we would like to know so we can make do our best to make it right.  We will - in all cases - seek to make the product right in the case of missing or broken items.  In some cases we may reimburse YOU the return product shipping costs depending on the condition of the product and the reason for the return. 

   If you have issues with your product or it breaks with-in 60 days of receipt we will support and repair, if necessary or send a new unit once the broken unit is received.  Abused products will not be eligible for this 60-day warranty.
